I was absolutely captivated by the nautical theme throughout the entire hotel, which truly creates a unique atmosphere. My large double room featured a stunning private terrace that offered breathtaking views of both the mountains and the ocean. The comprehensive breakfast selection included delicious local delicacies, ensuring I started each day on a perfect note.

I appreciated the unique nautical design of the hotel.
During my stay, I was disappointed with several aspects. The bed was not very comfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. some lights in the room did not work and there was a persistent bad smell coming from the bathroom. To top it all off, I felt misled about the spa offerings, as the access was not included in the price.

The hotel's spacious design and beautiful mountain views created a tranquil environment. Friendly staff and a relaxing spa for just €6 added to the allure!
Unfortunately, the breakfast lacked variety, and I faced some issues with wifi connectivity during my stay. the area can be noisy at times.

The room was super clean and had a spacious feel. I loved the big private terrace that gave stunning views of the mountains and coast. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to unwind after a long day. I also appreciated the naval decor, which added a unique touch to the ambiance. it was a lovely room but I wished there were more local snacks in the mini bar.

The Hotel Puerto De Las Nieves is perfectly situated next to the charming natural pools and a plethora of delightful local restaurants. The rooms are spacious with super comfortable beds, and the staff, especially Beatrice, were incredibly friendly and caring.
No tea/coffee facilities.

Staying in this tranquil area was a delightful experience. The spacious balcony offered mesmerizing views of the mountains. Dining at nearby fish restaurants was a treat, with the fresh catch of the day being a highlight. A perfect base for exploring the black sand beaches and scenic trails!

the puerto had a great location, really close to the harbor and surrounding restaurants. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. the room was nicely furnished with a classic touch, and my favorite part was the spacious balcony with a table and sun chairs! i also loved indulging in the spa services, which were relaxing and worth trying.
